2024 spring training
We will offer U10, U12, U14, U16 & U19 training Spring 2024!
The Spring season runs from mid March until early June.
How the spring season works
We will NOT host tryouts, instead all players are invited to register for Spring Training.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The Spring schedule is TENTATIVE! The training dates are confirmed but we are still awaiting information from USA Field Hockey about RCC dates. However, we wanted to get the registration ball rolling with our current schedule draft to help with your spring planning.
- The Spring Training Fee does NOT include play day & tournament fees. This fee will be calculated once we are officially registered for all events and the team rosters are confirmed.
After 4 training sessions, the coaching staff will select players to either the Travel Team or Developmental Team.

U19, U16 and U14 Travel Teams will compete at the following events:
- Regional Club Championships (Date and Location TBD)
- Junior Premier Outdoor League (JPOL)
- Weekend 1: April 27 & 28 - Richmond, VA
- Weekend 2: June 1 & 2 - Virginia Beach, VA
The Developmental Teams and U12/U10 youth programs will participate in regional play days. Time and dates TBD - check google link for schedule.

Ages
We will host training for U10, U12, U14 U16 and U19 age groups! See below for Spring age qualifications:
Spring Age Guidelines:
U19: 18 or under as of 1/1/24
U16 : 15 or under as of 1/1/24
U14 : 13 or under as of 1/1/24
U12: 11 or under as of 1/1/24
U10: 8 and 9 years old as of 1/1/24

*Parking can take place on Broad Street or across the street behind the Duke Human Resources (705 Broad St. Durham) building after work hours and weekends.*
Cost
$750 for the season
This price does NOT include tournament fees and uniform costs.
Refund Policy
50% refund on deposit within 5 days of first training session
Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy
Make-up dates will be scheduled for any sessions canceled due to inclimate weather.
