We will offer U10, U12, U14, U16 & U19 training this Fall!

The Fall season runs from September until November.

How the Fall season works

2025 FALL SEASON PROGRAMS

Join us for an exciting season filled with skill development, teamwork, and competition! We are offering the following programs this Fall:

Fall Training

Duration: September till November @ Duke (more detailed info below)
Schedule:
- U12 & U14: Weekly practices on Tuesdays
- U16 & U19: Practices on select Sundays
Eligibility: Open to everyone, mandatory for Legacy players
Early bird pricing available till July 31

Legacy Team

Tryouts: Sunday, August 24 @ Duke
Age Divisions: U12, U14, U16 & U19
HOW DOES THE FALL LEGACY PROGRAM WORK?
The Legacy Program selects players to compete at the highest level, representing our club at two major showcases:
1. Shooting Star Tournament – Richmond, VA
  November 28 - 30
2. Disney Sunshine Showcase – Orlando, FL
  January 23 - 25

Small Group Lessons

Get extra touches and refine your technique! Open to ALL!
Format: One hour of training with a maximum of 8 players per group @ Duke
Schedule:
- Tuesdays: 6:30 - 7:30 PM
- Wednesdays: 5:30 - 6:30 PM & 6:30 - 7:30 PM
Registration: Opens in early August - spots are very limited!
