2024 SUMMER SEASON
The summer is considered an "off" time for club field hockey competition. However, we offer weekly programs to keep players involved when they are not at the pool or away on vacation! Check out our July & August calendar below for our summer programs:
SUMMER CAMP
Join us at the end of July to sharpen your skills before you head to preseason!
Sessions will focus on both technique and tactics - balancing open, creative scrimmage play and drill instruction.
WHEN: July 22 - 26 (Monday - Friday)
TIME: 9 - 11am
LOCATION: Williams Field @ Duke University East Campus
WHO: U12 - U19
$225 for FULL Camp
$50 per drop-in session

SUMMER PICK UP GAMES
Join us for pick up games! Sessions will either be 7v7 half field or 11v11 full field depending on numbers.

FIELD HOCKEY BOOTCAMP
Want to dominate during preseason? Be the fastest, fittest and strongest player on AND off ball!
Bootcamp marries strength and conditioning and field hockey into a one comprehensive program.
Bootcamp is intended for players who wish to be an impact player on their high/middle school teams.
