u16 & u19: Tuesday, December 5 --> 7:30 - 9:45pm (check-in starts at 7:00pm)

Indoor Age Guidelines:
U19: 18 or under as of 1/1/24
U16 : 15 or under as of 1/1/24
U14 : 13 or under as of 1/1/24
U12: 11 or under as of 1/1/24

How the winter season works
General Info
- Indoor Facility: Duke Brodie Gym (right next to the Duke FH field) - 20 Brodie Gym Drive Durham, NC 27705
- Given that indoor has limited space, we must host tryouts to ensure we don't go over capacity.
- We will have space for:
- 2 - U12 Teams (max 12 spots per team)
- 2 - U14 Teams (max 12 spots per team)
- 2 - U16 Teams (max 12 spots per team)
- 2 - U 19 Teams (max 12 spots per team)
- U10 players are allowed to tryout for U12
- All Play Days in VB are confirmed
- U16 NITQ location is confirmed
- U19 NITQ locations TBD (waiting placement)
- Disney is an optional outdoor recruiting event we will be taking:
- 1 - u14 11v11 team
- 1 - U16 11v11 team
Required Equipment
In order to play indoor field hockey, all players MUST have the following equipment:
- Indoor stick
- Left and Right indoor gloves
- Volleyball/Basketball court-style indoor shoes
- All players will have a special tape applied to their sticks by a coach upon registration to protect the gym floors.
