Note: Weekly training days vary due to facility availability. Training times remain consistent throughout the season.

ACADEMY TRAINING TIMES
U12 & U14 Academy: 4:00 – 5:15 PM
U16 & U19 Academy: 5:00 – 6:30 PM
ACADEMY PLAY DAYS
All Academy teams will participate in two competitive weekend play days:
April 18–19 – Charlotte, NC
May 16 – Williamsburg, VA

*Parking can take place on Broad Street or across the street behind the Duke Human Resources (705 Broad St. Durham) building after work hours and weekends.*
Refund Policy
Refund Policy

Full Refund: Players who withdraw at least two (2) weeks prior to the first session are eligible for a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.

50% Refund: Players who withdraw within two (2) weeks of the first session are eligible for a 50% refund, less a $25 administrative fee.

No Refund: No refunds will be issued on or after the start date of the first session.
Medical Exception
Refund exceptions may be considered in the case of a medical disqualification with appropriate documentation from a physician.
Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy
Make-up dates will be scheduled for any sessions canceled due to inclimate weather.
